Rights Respecting Schools Awards
As part of our continuing school improvement plan we would like to inform you of our participation with UNICEF's Rights Respecting Schools Award.
This award encourages the school community to focus on issues of equality, justice and sustainability both at home and as a global issue.
It also promotes the teaching of the values of children's rights and responsibilities through the Children's Rights Charter (CRC).
Our aim is for these values to underpin our school values and ethos. Throughout the year we will be promoting these values through our everyday teaching, assemblies and various events, and we will keep you posted as and when these occur.
